Admission
An invitation is NOT required to attend the Jingle Ball; anyone 21 years or older is welcome. Each attendee is asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for a child (ages newborn-12) valued at $20 or more. For those not bringing a gift, admission will be $30 by cash or check. Sorry, we cannot hold gifts for other guests – you must provide your gift at time of entry in order to be admitted. And don’t forget to bring your photo ID!

Food, Drink and Entertainment
Come eat, drink, dance and be merry for a good cause!  In 2013 our Diamond Food Sponsor, Rocky Top Catering, and our Diamond Beverage Sponsor, R.A. Jeffreys Distributing Company.  Entertainment provided by DJ P-Fitty.

Courtyard Tent
Last year’s heated courtyard tent was such a huge hit, we’re bringing it back again! Jingle Ball guests are invited to enjoy tasty drinks on tap from our local brewery partners, compliments of R.A. Jeffreys Distributing Company.

Coat Check

We are pleased to offer coat check services at this year’s Jingle Ball. Bundle up for the trip downtown, then let your party dress shine!

Mailing List

Invitations are typically mailed in November but are not required to attend the event. If you are not on our mailing list or would like additional event information, please complete the form on the Contact Us page of our website.

Lost and Found

If you lose any personal belongings during the event, please contact coat check services provider McLaurin Parking at (919) 833-7522 and the front desk at Marbles Kids Museum at (919) 834-4040. They will be happy to assist in locating the lost item. Capital City Clauses is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged or stolen at the Jingle Ball.
